Anchor Risk Solutions is the risk assessment & inspection service brand within the Co-operators Group of Companies. Being a young brand in the market, Anchor Risk Solutions needed to build trust and confidence with its target audience by clearly demonstrating its credibility and expertise. With the brand scheduled to launch, the client needed a thoughtful site that would meet its business objectives designed and developed with fast turnaround.
INSIGHTS & STRATEGY
During the discovery phase of the project, Tengja identified the target audience is one that is always on the go and desires simple and straight forward information relating to risk assessment & inspection services. Competitive and keyword research also informed that provincial technical standards safety governing bodies are the authority on the topic of risk assessment & inspection and are key influencers in the customers’ decision journey in choosing a risk assessment & inspection provider.
Based on the insights, Tengja developed a mobile-first web experience that provides easy to find, bite-size information that reinforces the fact that Anchor is licensed by all the provincial technical standards safety governing bodies.
Tengja designed and developed the mobile-first website end-to-end. This included content strategy and copywriting to build trust and maximize search engine optimization. The Anchor Risk Solutions website was completed within a couple of months, meeting the client need for speed-to-market.
